[Machine] About a man who divorced and did not have witnesses, then he returned and still did not have witnesses? So he said, "I divorced without following the proper Islamic procedure, and I returned without observing the waiting period, so that I may now have witnesses."

الطبراني:١٥٥٧٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا أَبُو هِلَالٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ قَالَ سُئِلَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ

عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ؟ فَقَالَ «طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ لِيُشْهِدِ الْآنَ»

عِمْرَانُ إِنْ طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ فَلْيُشْهِدِ الْآنَ
