[Machine] About a man who divorced his wife without witnesses, then he returned to her without witnesses. He said, "If he divorced her without observing the waiting period and returned to her without observing the recommended period, then let him bring witnesses now."  

الطبراني:١٥٤٥١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ النَّرْسِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ عَائِشَةَ قَالُوا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا قَتَادَةُ وَيُونُسُ وَحُمَيْدٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ

عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَهَا وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ قَالَ «إِنْ طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ سُّنَّةٍ لِيُشْهِدَ الْآنَ»
