[Machine] "When I die, shroud me in a funeral cloth, and when you return, slaughter and feed (people)." Khalid then said, "Hafs, it is not how your people, the family of Muhallab and Thaqif, do."  

الطبراني:١٥٣٥٠ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ النَّصْرِ السُّلَمِيُّ عَنْ أُمِّهِ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ عَنْ أُمِّهَا مَرْيَمَ بِنْتِ فَرْوَةَ أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ لَمَّا حَضَرَهُ الْوَفَاةُ قَالَ

«إِذَا أَنَا مُتُّ فَشُدُّوا عَلَى بَطْنِي عِمَامَةً وَإِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ فَانْحَرُوا وَأَطْعِمُوا» قَالَ خَالِدٌ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي حَفْصٌ لَيْسَ كَمَا يَصْنَعُ بَنِيكَ أَهْلُ آلِ الْمُهَلَّبِ وَثَقِيفٍ
