[Machine] Abu Yousuf said, "Al-Harith was killed on the day of Badr as a disbeliever."  

الطبراني:١٥٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ التَّمَّارُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ الْمُطْعِمُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ «إِنَّكُمْ §قَدْ فَعَلْتُمْ بِمُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ مَا فَعَلْتُمْ فَكُونُوا أَكَفَّ النَّاسِ عَنْهُ» فَقَالَ أَبُو جَهْلِ بْنُ هِشَامٍ «بَلْ كُونُوا أَشَدَّ مَا كُنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ» فَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَامِرِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ «وَاللهِ لَا يَزَالُ أَمْرُ مُحَمَّدٍ ظَاهِرًا فِيمَا بَادَأَكُمْ أَوْ أَسَرَّ مِنْكُمْ» قَالَ

أَبُو يُوسُفَ «قُتِلَ الْحَارِثُ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ كَافِرًا»
