[Machine] We crush the cluster of grapes, then we mix it with dates, and then we leave it until it ferments, and we drink it. He said, "This is the process of fermentation, and indeed, alcohol has been prohibited, even though their common drink is the one you mentioned."  

الطبراني:١٣٤٩٠حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنِ الْفَضِيخِ قَالَ وَمَا الْفَضِيخُ؟ قَالَ

نَفْضَخُ الْبُسْرَ ثُمَّ نَجْعَلُ مَعَهُ التَّمْرَ ثُمَّ نَذَرُهُ وَنَشْرَبُهُ قَالَ «ذَلِكَ الْفَضُوخُ وَلَقَدْ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ وَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ شَرَابِهِمُ الَّذِي تَذْكُرُ»
