الطبراني:١٢٣١٤ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ {§وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا} قَالَ

«لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلِ الْمُؤْمِنِ تَوْبَةٌ مَا نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةٌ مُنْذُ أُنْزِلَتْ»
