[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Abu Bakr with a letter of innocence, then he followed him with Ali and took it. Abu Bakr asked, "Did something happen to me?" He said, "No, you are my companion in the cave and at the pond, and no one can replace me except myself or Ali."  

الطبراني:١٢١٢٧حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ وَعِيسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ السِّمْسَارُ الْوَاسِطِيُّ قَالَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ قَرْمٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ بِبَرَاءَةٍ ثُمَّ أتْبَعَهُ عَلِيًّا فَأَخَذَهَا فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ حَدَثَ فِيَّ شَيْءٌ؟ قَالَ «لَا أَنْتَ صَاحِبِي فِي الْغَارِ وَعَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَلَا يُؤَدِّي عَنِّي إِلَّا أَنَا أَوْ عَلِيٌّ»
