[Machine] That a document was brought to the Prophet ﷺ and he said, "He should pay the ransom for the free person that he has already paid for his documents, and he should not pay the ransom for a slave that he has not paid for."  

الطبراني:١١٩٩٣حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ مُكَاتَبًا رُفِعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «يُؤَدِّي مَا أَدَّى مِنْ مُكَاتِبِهِ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ وَمَا لَمْ يُؤَدِّ دِيَةَ عَبْدٍ»
