[Machine] "It is not abrogated, as he used to recite it while being surrounded by it. It is found in the elderly person who is assigned with fasting but is unable to bear it, so he breaks his fast and feeds others."  

الطبراني:١١٨٥٤حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ مَنْسُوخَةً كَانَ يَقْرَؤُهَا يُطَوَّقُونَهُ هِيَ فِي الشَّيْخِ الْكَبِيرِ الَّذِي يُكَلَّفُ الصِّيَامَ وَلَا يُطِيقُهُ فَيُفْطِرُ وَيُطْعِمُ»
