[Machine] To restrain oneself to ten out of one hundred because the Muslims were few, but when the Muslims increased, Allah ordered the man to restrain himself to two out of twenty, and to one hundred out of two hundred.  

الطبراني:١١٦٥٠حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْأَهْوَازِيُّ ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ وَأَبِي مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «إِنَّمَا §أُمِرَ الرَّجُلُ

أَنْ يُصَبِّرَ نَفْسَهُ الْعَشَرَةُ لِمِائَةٍ إِذِ الْمُسْلِمُونَ قَلِيلٌ فَلَمَّا كَثُرَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ أَمَرَ اللهُ ﷻ الرَّجُلَ أَنْ يَصْبِرَ لِلرَّجُلَيْنِ وَالْعِشْرَةَ للعشرينَ وَالْمِائَةَ لِلْمِئَتَيْنِ»
