[Machine] I heard Ibn Abbas saying, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ observed Isha prayer late at night, then he came out and his head was dripping water, and he said, 'If it weren't for the difficulty it would cause my Ummah (nation/followers), I would have loved for this prayer to be performed at this time.'"  

الطبراني:١١٣٩٠حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ أَعْتَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْعَشَاءِ لَيْلَةً ثُمَّ خَرَجَ وَرَأْسُهُ يَقْطُرُ مَاءً فَقَالَ «لَوْلَا أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي لَأَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ تُصَلَّى هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةُ لِهَذَا الْوَقْتِ»
