[Machine] "It was agreed upon during the time of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and Abu Bakr, and during the caliphate of Umar, that the three would be united as one." Ibn Abbas said, "Yes."  

الطبراني:١٠٩١٧حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ أَبَا الصَّهْبَاءِ قَالَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ «تَعْلَمُ

أَنَّهَا كَانَتِ الثَّلَاثُ تُجْعَلُ وَاحِدَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَثَلَاثًا مِنْ إِمَارَةِ عُمَرَ» فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ «نَعَمْ»

Do you know that three (divorces) were treated as one during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle ﷺ, and that of Abu Bakr, and during three (years) of the caliphate of Umar (Allah be pleased with him)? Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) said: Yes.

Abu al-Sahba' said to Ibn Abbas: Do you know that a divorce by three pronouncements was made a single one during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, and of AbuBakr and in the early days of the caliphate of Umar? He replied: Yes.
