" عَنْ أبِى المِنْهَالِ عَبْد الرَّحمَنِ بْنِ مُطعمٍ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ عَبْد المُزَنِى، أنَّهُ رَأى نَاسًا يَبِيعُونَ المَاءَ، فَقَالَ: لاَ تَبيعُوا المَاءَ فَإن النَّبِى ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيعْ المَاء، وَفى لَفْظٍ: نَهَى عَنْ بَيعْ فَضْلِ المَاءِ".
