"Knowledge is ˹gained˺ through teaching, and forbearance/tolerance is ˹gained˺ through practicing forbearance. Whoever seeks ˹to do˺ good will be granted it, and whoever seeks protection from evil will be protected from it. There qualities, whoever possesses them will not reach high stations and I will not tell them that you have Jannah: (1) one who practices divination/soothsaying, or (2) casts lots (type of gambling), or (3) or practices fortunetelling/reading bad omens by casting birds.

Ṭabrānī's Awsaṭ, Khaṭīb al-Baghdādi's al-Tārīkh, and Ibn ʿAsakir from Abū Dardāʾ
السيوطي:٧٧١٩a
