"عَنْ أَبِى قَلَابَةَ قَالَ: أَعْتَقَ رَجُلٌ عَبْدًا لَهُ، لَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرهُ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ، فَاعْتَقَ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ ثُلُثَهُ وَاسْتْبَقَاهُ (*) فِى الثلُثَيْنِ".
