"عن أم سلمة أن غلامًا لها طلق امرأته تطليقتين فاستفتت أم سلمة النبي ﷺ فقال النبي ﷺ حرمت عليه حتى تنكح زوجًا غيره".

[Machine] A woman divorced a male servant of hers who was a free man using two divorces. So, Umm Salamah consulted the Prophet ﷺ about this and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is forbidden for her to marry someone other than him."  

الطبراني:٢٠٠٣٧ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَمْعَانَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّ غُلَامًا لَهَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَةً لَهُ حُرَّةً بِتَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَاسْتَفْتَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ»
