"عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: رآنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وقَدْ أَكَلْتُ فِي يَوْمٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَقَالَ: يَا عَائِشَةُ! أما تُحِبَّينَ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَك شُغْلٌ إِلَّا فِي جَوْفِك! الأَكْلُ فِي اليَوْمِ مرتين من الإسراف، وَاللهُ لَا يُحِبُّ المُسْرِفِينَ".
