"عن غضيف بن الحارث قال: أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَقُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْت رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الجَنَابَةِ أَمْ فِي آخِرِه؟ فقَالَتْ: رُبَّمَا اغْتَسَلَ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ وَرُبَّمَا اغْتَسَلَ فِي آخِرِهِ".
[Machine] I asked Aisha, "Did you see the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform the ritual bath for major impurity (ghusl) at the beginning of the night or at the end?" She replied, "Perhaps he performed it at the beginning of the night, and perhaps he performed it at the end." I said, "Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest), praise be to Allah who made ease in matters."
قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ أَرَأَيْتِ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ أَمْ فِي آخِرِهِ؟ قَالَتْ رُبَّمَا اغْتَسَلَ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ وَرُبَّمَا اغْتَسَلَ فِي آخِرِهِ قُلْتُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي الْأَمْرِ سَعَةً
