السيوطي:٦٤٧٢أ –

"إِنَّ جبريلَ ذَهَبَ بإِبْراهيم إِلى جَمْرَةِ الْعَقَبة فَعَرضَ له الشيطانُ فرماهُ بسبع حصيات فساخَ؛ ثمَّ أَتَى به (إِلى) الْجَمْرَةِ الوُسْطَى فَعرَضَ له الشيطانُ فرماهُ بسبع حصيات فساخ، ثُمَّ أَتى به الْجَمْرَةَ القُصْوى فعرضَ له الشيطانُ فرماهُ بسبعِ حصياتٍ فَسَاخَ، فَلَمَّا أَرادَ إِبراهيمُ أَن يذبح إِسحاق قال لأَبيه: يا أَبتِ أَوْثقْنى لا أَضْطَربُ؛ فَينْتضِحَ علَيْكَ دمى إِذا ذَبحْتَنِي، فَشَدَّهُ فلما أَخَذَ الشَّفْرَةَ فَأَراد أَنْ يذْبَحهُ نُودِى من خَلْفِهِ: أَنْ يا إِبراهيمُ قد صدقت الرُّوْيَا" .

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that Gabriel took Ibrahim to the Jamrat al-Aqaba, and Satan appeared to him and threw seven pebbles at him but he evaded him. Then, he came to the middle Jamrat and Satan appeared to him again and threw seven pebbles at him but he evaded him. Then, he came to the last Jamrat and Satan appeared to him again and threw seven pebbles at him but he evaded him.

When Ibrahim intended to sacrifice his son Ismail, he said to his father, "O my father, bind me securely, so that I do not panic and you shall find me patient when you sacrifice me." So, he tied him and when he took the knife to slaughter him, he was called from behind, "O Ibrahim, you have fulfilled the dream!" [Surah As-Saffat 105]

أحمد:٢٧٩٤ – حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

Reason for the stoning of the Jamarat as a rite of Hajj

hakim:1713 – Abū Jaʿfar Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ b. Hāniʾ > Abū ʿAbdullāh Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. Anas al-Qurashī > Jaʿfar b. ʿAbdullāh > Ibrāhīm b. Ṭahmān > al-Ḥasan b. ʿAbdullāh > Sālim b. Abū al-Jaʿd > Ibn ʿAbbās

"When Ibrahim, the beloved friend of Allah, performed the rituals, Satan appeared to him at the Jamrat al-Aqabah and threw stones at him seven times until he sank into the ground. Then he appeared to him at the second Jamrah and threw stones at him seven times until he sank into the ground. Then he appeared to him at the third Jamrah and threw stones at him seven times until he sank into the ground."

Ibn Abbas said, "You are stoning the Shaytan and boasting about the faith of your father."

الحاكم:١٧١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ

«لَمَّا أَتَى إِبْرَاهِيمُ خَلِيلُ اللَّهِ الْمَنَاسِكَ، عَرَضَ لَهُ الشَّيْطَانُ عِنْدَ جَمْرَةِ الْعَقَبَةِ، فَرَمَاهُ بِسَبْعِ حَصَيَاتٍ حَتَّى سَاخَ فِي الْأَرْضِ. ثُمَّ عَرَضَ لَهُ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ، فَرَمَاهُ بِسَبْعِ حَصَيَاتٍ حَتَّى سَاخَ فِي الْأَرْضِ. ثُمَّ عَرَضَ لَهُ عِنْدِ الْجَمْرَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ، فَرَمَاهُ بِسَبْعِ حَصَيَاتٍ حَتَّى سَاخَ فِي الْأَرْضِ».

قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ «الشَّيْطَانَ تَرْجُمُونِ وَمِلَّةَ أَبِيكُمْ تَنْعُونَ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ
