The Prophet ﷺ never ate his fill of wheat bread

suyuti:593-1bKarr > Shuqayr mawlā al-ʿAbbās b. al-Walīd b. ʿAbd al-Malik b. Marwān > al-Haddār > Ibn Mandah > Khaythamah b. Sulaymān > Muḥammad b. ʿAwf Ibn Shaʿbān al-Ṭāʾī al-Ḥimṣī > Ibn ʿAwf > Shuqayr mawlā al-ʿAbbās > al-Haddār ṣāḥib al-Nabī ﷺ

[AI] that he saw al-Abbas and his extravagance in samidh bread and other things, so he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away, and he had never eaten his fill of wheat bread until he departed this world.

[AI] [Karr] Ibn Asakir in his History. Ibn Mandah said: This is a strange hadith. It is said that Ahmad ibn Hanbal heard it from Muhammad ibn Awf. Abd al-Ghani Said said: Shuqayr, from Haddar, from the Prophet ﷺ, narrated one hadith; I do not know of anyone who narrated it other than Muhammad ibn Awf al-Tai.
