السيوطي:٤-٩٣b –

" عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الزُّرْقِىِّ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ قَالَتْ: بينَا نَحنُ بِمِنًى إذَا عَلِى بْنُ أَبِى طَالبٍ يَقُولُ: إنَّ رَسولَ اللهِ ﷺ قالَ: إنَّ هَذِهِ أيامُ كْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ فَلا يَصُومُها أحَدٌ، واتَّبعَ النَّاسَ عَلى جَمَلِه يَصْرُخُ بِذَلِك ".

Whilst we were in Mina, I saw ʿAli bin Abi Talib ؓ say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “These days are for eating and drinking, so no one should fast these days.” And he went around to the people on his camel, shouting that,  

أحمد:٥٦٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُسَامِ مَدَنِيٌّ مَوْلًى لِآلِ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أُمِّهِ قَالَتْ
