"عَنْ أَبِى حَنِيفَةَ، عَن الحَكَم بن عُتَيْبةَ أَنَّ عَلِيّا قَالَ: دِيَةُ اليَهُودِىَّ، والنَّصْرَانِىَّ، وَكُلِّ ذِمَّىٍ مِثْلُ دِيةِ المُسْلِمِ، قَالَ أَبُو حَنيفَةَ: وَهُوَ قَوْلِى".
