"عَن ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ أَمْسَكَ رَجُلًا حَتَّى قَتَلَهُ آخَرُ. قَالَ: قَالَ عَلىٌّ: يُقْتَلُ القَاتِلُ، وَيُحْبَسُ الْمُمْسِكُ فِى السِّجْنِ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ".
