[Machine] In His saying, "And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of settlement between them - and settlement is best. And present in [human] souls is stinginess. But if you do good and fear Allah - then indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted." (Surah An-Nisa' 4:128) It is the case where a man has two wives and one of them is unable to satisfy his desires or is unattractive to him, and he intends to separate from her. So, he reconciles with her on the condition that he spends one night with her and spends other nights with the other wife. He does not abandon her, so there is no harm in that. If she agrees to that arrangement, they can continue the reconciliation between them.
