"عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ فِى قَوْلهِ: {فَمِنْهُمْ ظَالِمٌ لِنَفْسِهِ} الآية، قَالَ: أَلاَ إِنَّ سَابِقَنَا أهْلُ جِهَادِنَا، ألاَ وَإنَّ مُقْتَصِدَنَا أَهْل حَضَرِنَا، أَلاَ وَإنَّ ظَالِمَنَا أَهْلُ بَدْوِنَا ".
