[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The best rows of men are the ones at the front and the worst are the ones at the back. And the worst rows of women are the ones at the front and the best are the ones at the back." Then he said: "O women, when men prostrate, lower your gazes and do not see the private parts of men due to the tightness of their garments."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ الْمُقَدَّمُ وَشَرُّهَا الْمُؤَخَّرُ وَشَرُّ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ الْمُقَدَّمُ وَخَيْرُهَا الْمُؤَخَّرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ إِذَا سَجَدَ الرِّجَالُ فَاغْضُضْنَ أَبْصَارَكُنَّ لَا تَرَيْنَ عَوْرَاتِ الرِّجَالِ مِنْ ضِيقِ الْأُزُرِ

"خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ المقَدَّمُ، وشرها المؤَخَّرُ، وخَيْرُ صُفوفِ النِّسَاءِ المؤَخَّرُ، وَشَرُّهَا المقَدَّمُ، يا مَعَشر النساءِ: إِذا سَجَد الرجالُ فَاغْضُضْن أَبْصاركُنَّ، ولا تَريْنَ عورات الرِّجالِ من ضيقِ الأُزر".
