السيوطي:٢٥٥٥٥a –

"لَا صَدَقَةَ في الزَّرْعِ، وَلَا في الكَرْمِ، وَلَا في النَّخْلِ إِلَّا مَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ، فَذَلِكَ مِائَةُ فَرَقٍ".  

ابن جرير [قط] الدارقطنى في السنن [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن جابر وأبي سعيد، قال: [قط] الدارقطنى في السنن إسناده صالح
