"وَلَدُ نُوحٍ ثَلاثَةٌ: سَامٌ، وحَامٌ، ويَافِثُ، فولدُ سامٍ: العربُ وفارسٌ والرومُ، والخيرُ فيهم، وولدُ يافثَ: يأجوجُ ومأجوجُ والتركُ والصَّقالِيَة، ولا خَير فِيهم، وولدُ حَامٍ: بَرْبَرُ وَالْقبْطُ، والسُّودَانُ".
