" هَا، إِنَّ هَذَا سَيُخَالِفُ كِتَابَ الله وَسُنَّةَ نَبِيِّهِ، وَيَخْرُجُ مِنْ صُلبِهِ فِتَنٌ يَبْلُغُ دَخَنُهَا السَّمَاءَ، وَبَعْضُكُمْ، يَوْمَئِذٍ شِيعَتُهُ - يَعْنِي الْحكَمَ -".

"إِنَّ هذا سيخالفُ كتابَ اللَّه -تعالى-، وسُنَّةَ نَبيِّه، وسَيَخْرج من صُلْبِه فِتَنُ يَبْلُغُ دخانُها السَّماءَ، وبعضُكم يومئذ بشيعته يعنى: الحكمَ بنَ أَبى العاصِى" .
