the Messenger of Allah said: "There is a kind of protective jealousy that Allah loves and a kind that Allah hates. As for that which Allah loves, it is protective jealousy when there are grounds for suspicion. And as for that which He hates, it is protective jealousy when there are no grounds for suspicion."
[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: From jealousy there is that which Allah loves, and from it there is that which Allah hates. The jealousy that Allah loves is the jealousy regarding suspicion, and the jealousy that Allah hates is the jealousy without any basis for suspicion."
The Prophet ﷺ said: There is jealousy which Allah loves and jealousy which Allah hates. That which Allah loves is jealousy regarding a matter of doubt, and that which Allah hates is jealousy regarding something which is not doubtful. There is pride which Allah hates and pride which Allah loves. That which Allah loves is a man's pride when fighting and when giving sadaqah and that which Allah hates is pride shown by oppression. The narrator Musa said: "by boasting." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2659)
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Verily, among jealousy there are that which Allah loves, and among it there are that which Allah hates. The jealousy that Allah loves is jealousy in doubt, and the jealousy that Allah hates is jealousy with no doubt. The confidence that Allah loves is the confidence of a man in himself during battle and during giving charity, and the confidence that Allah hates is the confidence in falsehood."
