"مَنْ طَلَّقَ أَلْبَتَّةَ اتَّخَذَ دِينَ اللهِ هُزُوًا وَلَعِبًا، وَأَلْزَمْنَاهُ ثَلاثًا، لا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيرَهُ".

"عَنْ عَلىٍّ قَالَ: سَمِعَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ رَجُلًا طلَّقَ الْبَتَّةَ، فَغَضِبَ وَقَالَ: تَتَّخِذونَ دِينَ الله هُزُوًا وَلَعِبًا؟ مَنْ طَلَّقَ الْبَتَّة الْزَمْنَاهُ ثَلاَثًا، لاَ تَحِلُّ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ".
