"مَنْ طَلَبَ الدُّنْيَا بِعَمَلِ الآخِرةِ طُمِس وَجْهُهُ، ومُحِقَ ذِكْرُهُ، وأُثْبِتَ اسْمُهُ فِي أَهْل النَّارِ".

الْجَارُودُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْمُعَلَّى الْعَبْدِيُّ يُكْنَى أَبَا الْمُنْذِرِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever seeks worldly gain through the actions of the Hereafter, his face will be disfigured, his remembrance will be abolished, and his name will be established in the Fire."
