"عَنِ ابْنِ سِيِرينَ قَالَ: قَضَى عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فِى أَمْوَالِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ إِذَا مَرُّوا بِهَا أَصْحَابِ الصَّدَقَةِ نِصْفَ العُشْرِ (وَ) فِى أَمْوَالِ تُجَّارِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ مِمَّنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ نِصْفَ العُشْرِ".
