"عَنْ عُرْوَةَ الْبَارِقِىِّ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَر فِى عَيْنِ الدَّابَّةِ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ: إِنَّا كُنَّا نَقْضِى فِيهَا كَمَا يُقْضَى فِى عَيْن الإِنْسَانِ، ثُمَّ اجْتَمَعَ رَأْيُنَا أَنْ نَجْعَلَهَا الرُّبُعَ".
