Virtue of istikhārah, consultation, and thriftiness

“The one who invokes Allah’s to chose for him (does istikhārah) doesn’t lose; the one who consults doesn’t regret; and the one who is thrifty doesn’t ˹experience˺ poverty.“

(Attribution to the Prophet ﷺ is extremely weak according to Haythamī and Albānī said it is fabricated. However the meaning is sound according to Shaykh Bin Bāz)  

Ṭabarānī’s Awsaṭ and Ṣaghīr from Anas and it has been weakened
السيوطي:١٨٩٠٠aعن أَنس

"مَا خَابَ مَن اسْتَخَارَ، وَلَا نَدمَ مَن اسْتَشَارَ، وَلَا عَالَ مَن اقْتَصَدَ".
