"لَيسَ فِي الْخَيلِ وَالرقيقِ زَكَاة، إِلا زكَاةُ الْفِطرِ فِي الرَّقِيقِ".  

[د] أبو داود [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن أَبي هريرة
