السيوطي:١٣٥٣١a –

"حَقُّ الوَلَدِ عَلى الوَالِدِ أَنْ يُعَلِّمَهُ الكِتَابَةَ والسَبّاحَة والرِّمَايَةَ، وأَنْ لَا يَرْزَقَهُ إِلَّا طَيِّبًا".  

الحكيم وأَبو الشيخ في الثواب، [هب] البيهقى في شعب الإيمان [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن أَبى رافع، قال: قلت: يا رسول اللَّه ألِلْولدِ علينا حقٌّ كَحَقِّنا عليهم؟ ، قال: نعم. . . وذكره، وسنده ضعيف ورواه ابن السنى بلفظ: "أن يعلمه كتابَ اللَّه"
