("الخمرُ ليستْ بدَوَاءٍ ولكنَّها دَاءٌ. قاله ﷺ لطارق بن سويد حين سأله أن يجعلها في دواءٍ".

ط، م عن وائل بن حجر والحرث بن أبي أسامة عن أَبي النضر عن شعبة إِلا أنه قال: سأله سويد بن طارق.  

قال ابن أبي حاتم: كلاهما فقال وسويد طارق وسويد أشبه بالصواب)
