"عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنْ أَبِى بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ قالَا: أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ قَالَ لإِمْرَأَتِهِ: أَنْتِ عَلَى حَرَامٌ، فَليْسَتْ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامًا، وَعَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ".
