Over them will be fire closed in.  

Over them will be an enclosing Fire (read mu’sada or mūsada), closed on top ˹of them˺. Meccan, consisting of 15 verses.

عَلَيْهِمْ نَارٌ مُؤْصَدَةٌ  

{عليهم نار مؤصدة} بالهمزة والواو بدله، مطبقة.
