quran:82:9 –

No! But you deny the Recompense.  

No indeed! — a deterrent against letting oneself be misled by the generosity of God, exalted be He. Rather you, that is, disbelievers of Mecca, deny Judgement, requital for deeds;
القرآن:٨٢:٩ –

كَلَّا بَلْ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِالدِّينِ  

{كلا} ردع عن الاغترار بكرم الله تعالى {بل تكذبون} أي كفار مكة {بالدين} بالجزاء على الأعمال.
