quran:81:20

˹Who is˺ possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure ˹in position˺,  

powerful, one of mighty powers, eminent, one of eminent status (makīnin is semantically connected ‘inda, ‘in the presence of’) in the presence of the Lord of the Throne, that is, God, exalted be He;
القرآن:٨١:٢٠

ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِنْدَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ  

{ذي قوة} أي شديد القوى {عند ذي العرش} أي الله تعالى {مكين} ذي مكانة متعلق به عند.
