By those ˹angels˺ who extract with violence  

By those that wrest, ˹by˺ the angels who wrest the souls of disbelievers, violently;
القرآن:٧٩:١ – بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَالنَّازِعَاتِ غَرْقًا  

{والنازعات} الملائكة تنزع أرواح الكفار {غرقا} نزعا بشدة.
