quran:77:23 –

And We determined ˹it˺, and excellent ˹are We˺ to determine.  

Thus We were able, to do this; so ˹how˺ excellent able ones We are!
القرآن:٧٧:٢٣ –

فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ الْقَادِرُونَ  

{فقَدرنا} على ذلك {فنعم القادرون} نحن.
