As if they were rubies and coral.  

It is as though they are rubies, in their purity, and pearls, in their fairness.

كَأَنَّهُنَّ الْيَاقُوتُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ  

{كأنهن الياقوت} صفاء {والمرجان} اللؤلؤ بياضا.
