[Machine] When the messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned the issue of excessive clothing, I asked him, "O messenger of Allah, what about women? How should they dress?" He said, "They should let their garment sleeves hang down."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٦٥٦أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا يُحَدِّثُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بَعْضُ نِسْوَتِنَا عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

لَمَّا ذَكَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنَ الْإِسْبَالِ مَا ذَكَرَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرَأَيْتَ النِّسَاءَ كَيْفَ بِهِنَّ؟ قَالَ «يُرْخِينَ ذِرَاعًا»
