I have a daughter who has been newly wedded. She had an attack of smallpox and thus her hair had fallen; should I add false hair to her head? Thereupon Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah has cursed the woman who adds some false hair and the woman who asks for it.  

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لِي ابْنَةً عُرَيِّسًا أَصَابَتْهَا حَصْبَةٌ فَتَمَرَّقَ شَعْرُهَا أَفَأَصِلُهُ فَقَالَ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ  

A woman came to the Messenger of Allah [SAW] and said: "O Messenger of Allah [SAW], a daughter of mine is going to get married. She got sick and her hair fell out. Is there any sin on me if I give her hair extensions?" He said: "Allah has cursed the woman who affixes hair extensions and the one who has that done."  

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ بِنْتًا لِي عَرُوسٌ وَإِنَّهَا اشْتَكَتْ فَتَمَزَّقَ شَعْرُهَا فَهَلْ عَلَىَّ جُنَاحٌ إِنْ وَصَلْتُ لَهَا فِيهِ فَقَالَ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ  

"A woman came to the Prophet and said:, My daughter is going to get married, and she had the measles and her hair has fallen out. Can I put extensions in her hair?, The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Allah has cursed the one who does hair extensions and the one who has that done.'"  

جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ ابْنَتِي عُرَيِّسٌ وَقَدْ أَصَابَتْهَا الْحَصْبَةُ فَتَمَرَّقَ شَعْرُهَا فَأَصِلُ لَهَا فِيهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ  

[Machine] "To the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I have a young bride, and her hair flows down. Is it sinful for me if I touch her hair? He (the Messenger) said, 'May Allah curse the one who touches and the one who is touched.'"  

لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ لِي بُنَيَّةً عَرِيسًا وَإِنَّهُ تَمَرَّقَ شَعْرُهَا فَهَلْ عَلَيَّ جُنَاحٌ إِنْ وَصَلْتُ شَعْرُهَا ؟ قَالَ لَعَنَ اللهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ
