[Machine] A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with her son who was experiencing nosebleed. He said, "Woe to you, do not kill your children. So, any woman whose child experiences this pain, let her dissolve a piece of Indian costume (cloth) in water and then make the child drink it."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٧٥٤٠أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُسْتَمِرِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَهْضَمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِابْنٍ لَهَا قَدْ عَلِقَتْ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْعَذِرَةِ وَهُوَ يَسِيلُ أَنْفُهُ دَمًا فَقَالَ «وَيْلَكُنَّ لَا تَقْتُلْنَ أَوْلَادَكُنَّ فَأَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ كَانَ بِوَلَدِهَا هَذَا الْوَجَعُ فَلْتُحِلَّ لَهُ كُسْتًا هِنْدِيًّا بِالْمَاءِ ثُمَّ تُسْعِطُهُ إِيَّاهُ»
