[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever revives dead land that does not belong to anyone, then it is his and no unjust person has any right to it." Muhammad said, Urwah reported that the unjust person is he who cultivates the ruined land which does not belong to him, while the people have been unable to do so, and thus they leave it until it becomes ruined.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٧٢٨أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَوَاتًا لَيْسَتْ لِأَحَدٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَا حَقَّ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ» قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ عُرْوَةُ الْعِرْقُ الظَّالِمُ الرَّجُلُ يُعَمِّرُ الْأَرْضَ الْخَرِبَةَ وَهِيَ لِلنَّاسِ قَدْ عَجَزُوا عَنْهَا فَتَرَكُوهَا حَتَّى خَرِبَتْ
