[Machine] The following passage is a hadith (saying) of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: "Whoever revives a dead land that does not belong to anyone, then he has more right to it." Haywah ibn Shurayh disagreed with him.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٧٢٧أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً لَيْسَتْ لِأَحَدٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا» خَالَفَهُ حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ
